General Terms and Conditions (T&C) for the webshop of Frottee di Mare (hereinafter referred to as FdM)

1 Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
FdM operates a web shop on its website. The deliveries and services of this webshop are exclusively subject to the conditions of these General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract. These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted when the goods are ordered.

2 Offer and conclusion of contract
All offers by FdM are non-binding and constitute merely an invitation to the customer to make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods presented in the web shop. The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order. The confirmation from FdM is decisive for the scope and execution of the delivery. The webshop is updated regularly. It is possible that an item is no longer available at the time the order is placed. In this case, this will be communicated to the customer.

3. prices
The prices are in CHF (Swiss francs) including the statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are not included in the item price and will be charged depending on the quantity ordered. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. payment methods
The following payment methods are offered: Credit card and Paypal

5. shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated by FdM based on weight, size and the delivery location of the order. For details see Shipping.

6. delivery
Delivery is made by Swiss Post (CH) . For details see shipping. With the abandonment of the goods for shipment, the risk passes to the customer.

7. delivery times
FdM endeavours to process the order within one working day, without assuming any liability for this. In the event of longer delivery times, the customer will be notified by e-mail.

8. retention of title
FdM is the owner of the delivered goods until payment has been made in full.

9. refusal of acceptance
The costs of an unjustified refusal of acceptance of the delivered goods will be charged to the customer. The right to fulfilment of the purchase contract on the part of FdM remains unaffected.

10. return, complaint, warranty, liability
FdM grants the Client the right to return the delivered goods intact, in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 5 working days. In the event of defects in the delivered goods, FdM's warranty consists of the fact that, after the customer has returned the goods, FdM will deliver goods free of defects or will release the customer from the contract and will refund any payments already made by the customer. If the delivered goods are defective, the customer is required to inform FdM in writing immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the goods. Other warranties are excluded. In the event of complaints due to defects or incorrect delivery, the copy of the webshop order must be enclosed when returning the goods. The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer. Postage paid by the customer will not be refunded. FdM accepts no liability for damage caused by the improper use of the purchased items.
Pulled threads (or loops) are not covered by the guarantee.

11 Copyright
The copyrights to all works created by FdM (concepts, sketches, designs, etc.) belong to FdM. The client is not entitled to make changes to the works in question - in particular to the design or details - without the consent of the contractor.

12 Security and Privacy Policy
Customer data is treated confidentially in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation, is only used for business transactions and is not made available to third parties.

13 Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
The contracts shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
