We offer postage free delivery for orders over CHF 100.

For all other orders, shipping costs will be charged as follows:

Switzerland - CHF 8.50.- (B Mail)

Orders placed before 17:00 will be dispatched the following day.

Customs/import tax (outside CH/EU)

Additional charges and import duties may apply for deliveries outside the European Union and Switzerland. These are levied at the border and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amounts involved, as regulations and duties vary from country to country.

Returns

If, contrary to expectations, a product does not meet your expectations or has defects, it can be returned within 5 working days. The product must be returned unused and with the original care label. After this period, the sale is considered irrevocable.

Frottee di Mare accepts no liability for damage caused by the improper use of the purchased items. Pulled threads (thread pullers) are not considered a warranty case.

Returns can only be accepted against prior notification to ciao@frotteedimare.ch. All returns are at the expense and risk of the buyer.
